PuzPets does not currently load an advertising SDK or display third-party advertisements. The site may include an AdSense ownership-verification meta tag and an ads.txt file; these identify the publisher account but do not themselves display ads.

If advertising is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to identify the active providers and describe any cookies, consent controls, and opt-out choices that apply.

3. Log Files & Analytics

Like most standard web servers, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard web server log entries (including browser type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, and anonymized IP addresses) solely for security maintenance, load balancing, and diagnostic purposes.

4. Local Storage Practices

PuzPets utilizes standard browser LocalStorage solely to maintain your puzzle progress across sessions without sending data to external servers. You can reset or clear your game data at any time through your web browser's storage management settings.

5. Children's Privacy

PuzPets is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly remove any such data.

By accessing and playing games on PuzPets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

PuzPets is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and cognitive recreation. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, automate, or disrupt portal infrastructure or interfere with normal gameplay.

2. Virtual Treats & In-Game Progression Disclaimer

Virtual items—including Pet Treats (🦴), friendship points, and companion unlocks—are digital progression mechanics provided solely for gameplay enjoyment. Virtual treats:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be purchased with real currency, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, goods, or services.
• Do not represent or constitute any form of gambling or financial instrument.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original puzzle algorithms, custom UI layouts, audio soundscapes, and character sprites are the intellectual property of PuzPets Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute portal assets without explicit written authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PuzPets is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free play, or permanent storage of local browser data. In no event shall the operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from portal use.
